The long MLB season will claim every team at some point, and right now it has taken hold of the Texas Rangers. We watched lowly Houston win seven of eight, and now we are watching Texas being burdened by a 6-11 slide in their last 17. Toronto played below expectations early, but have found their way of late, thriving in the role of an underdog where they have gone 7-3 in their last 10. Mark Buehrle does not have good numbers overall, but he does over his last six starts with five quality outings. He also has impressive career numbers vs. the Rangers at 12-5 with a 3.31 ERA. Justin Grimm is struggling along and has posted a 5.25 ERA on the season. The Jays are 5-0 behind Buehrle with a total of 9 to 10.5 in his last five, while the Rangers are 4-9 at home in their last 13 vs. a team with a losing road record. Play on Toronto.
