The Toronto Blue Jays just finished a very competitive and emotional, and physically draining three-game series at home vs. the Detroit Tigers. Each game was decided in the final frame with yesterday's resulting in a 19 inning marathon, and the Jays prevailing 6-5. They had to immediately pack their bags after that one and head to the West Coast where Seattle and Felix Hernandez await. The fatigue factor, combined with facing a Cy Young candidate in Hernandez, simply does not loom well for them tonight. Hernandez is having his finest campaign ever at 12-3 with a 1.97 ERA on the season. He has logged eight of his 12 wins at home, and overall, King Felix has a streak of 15 consecutive starts where he has not allowed more than two runs. Seattle has won 16 times when he gets the ball, and 13 of them have come by two runs or more. Toronto is likely out of gas here, and Seattle appears to be a strong play. Make the play on Seattle, on the runline.
