Not that this bet is abou the fact that this is a day game. It's about the Yankees offense and the pitching matchup. New York's offense exploded yesterday against a pitcher prone to giving up runs. Today they face another one in Gustavo Chacin who has surrendered 6 home runs already in less than 25 innings (5.11 ERA). Mike Mussina counters for the Yanks and he's been lights out. He has a 2.45 ERA overall (1.50 at home) and has allowed just nine runs and six walks while striking out 30 batters in 33 innings.
