The Tigers are doing all they can to make a race out of the AL Central. They just went to Kansas City to face the lowly Royals, and came out of the three-game series winless. They now come home with Nate Robertson taking to the hill, and he is far from a streak stopper. Robertson suffered from elbow problems and has had little to no success the past few years in the Tigers’ rotation. Last season, he was just 7-11 with a 6.36 ERA and this season, is at just 5.40 and has a career mark against the Jays of an ERA of five. Jays have played their best against the AL Central, logging a 38-18 mark in their last 56 games. The Jays have also taken six of the last eight meetings between these two clubs. I will go with the Blue Jays in this one.
