Toronto at Detroit

There are a lot of expectations heading into this season for Toronto, and they have yet to live up to them. They will go with a savvy veteran in Mark Buehrle today vs. the Tigers. Buehrle has seen the Tigers plenty, as he has successfully navigated through 230+ innings against them. He has been brilliant in taming the Tigers with an 18-10 record and 3.36 ERA. Ricky Porcello had a great rookie season, but has simply not pitched to the same level since. He was rocked in his 2013 debut, getting touched up for a pair of long balls. Porcello is just 2-3 in his career against the Jays, with a cumbersome 4.50 ERA. The Tigers are a pathetic 2-8 in his last 10 starts. Go with Toronto.
