Toronto at Baltimore

Baltimore has been streaky recently, sweeping the Astros in a three-game series, and then getting swept by the Angels. Toronto has lost three of its past five games, including 5-1 against Tampa Bay on Sunday before having an off day yesterday. Steven Matz has had some rough outings for the Blue Jays as he didn't make it out of the third inning on Wednesday when he gave up four runs on five hits in 2 2/3 innings. Matz has allowed 13 runs on 21 hits his last 17 2/3 innings, and he had a 6.39 ERA in June when hitters batted .315 against him. In a late decision, Baltimore plans to start Spenser Watkins, who has a 3.58 ERA in the minors this season. Take the home underdog Orioles.
