Toronto at Baltimore

Baltimore was blanked last game and Toronto has now averaged just 3.2 runs per game allowed this season. Shaun Marcum goes today and in his first outing he allowed just 3 earned runs in seven innings. Kevin Milwood goes for the O's and he allowed only 2 ER in five innings in his first game. The Orioles haven't been favored much since last season, but when instilled as the favorite, they are 22-8 UNDER over that span. I like the UNDER here.
