The Texas Rangers certainly solidified their rotation when they acquired Cliff Lee. Typically you have to factor in the bullpen when looking at potential runs scored in a game, but Lee is different from any other pitcher. His 2.57 ERA is pretty much all there is to look at. Lee has pitched 8+ innings in 13 of his last 15 starts. David Price is having a banner year, leading him to earning the start for the AL in the All-Star game. He leads the AL in wins with 15, and pitches to an ERA of just a tick over 2 at home. The Rangers have long been an UNDER team on the road vs. a lefthander where they are now 59-27-3 to the UNDER in their last 89 in this spot. I like the UNDER here.
