Texas at Tampa Bay

The Tampa Bay Rays lost a lot from a very good team a year ago, and while they do have some pieces to work with the question at this point is defining the roles of new players, and right now it has not come together yet as the Rays are just 5-6 on the season. This might be the right time of the year for Texas to be playing in Tampa before the Rays get things figured out. The Rangers have been just a game worse at 4-7 and they have split the first two games of this four game series. Kohei Arihara pitched well in a 3-0 loss to the hard-hitting Padres and I think he will fair well here vs the Rays that have produced three runs a game over their last four. Make the play on Texas.
