Seattle looks to close out the season with a three-game winning streak after beating the last-place Rangers by a combined score of 16-7 the last two days. Texas probably will have a new manager next year, and the players can't wait to get this season over. Yovani Gallardo has a 7.88 road ERA, and he hasn't improved much after a terrible first half of the season as he is 5-6 with a 5.28 ERA since the All-Star break. Roenis Elias will make his fourth start for the Mariners and figures to pitch maybe five innings at the most. Elias has a 2.93 ERA while mostly pitching in relief, and he's given up 10 earned runs in 26 2/3 innings the second half of the season. Texas has lost 19 of its last 26 road games and five of its last six games overall. Seattle is 76-0 when leading after eight innings. Take the Mariners.
