The Texas Rangers have dominated at home, but have proven to be highly suspect on the road, where they are slipping close to the .500 mark after last night's 4-0 shutout loss to the Mariners. The Rangers stand just a game over .500 on the road. Colby Lewis certainly hasn't earned the value he is considered to be here, with a 2 to 1 odds line on the visiting Rangers. Lewis has led the Rangers to just a 4-5 mark in his last nine starts, and has been worse over his last four starts where he has pitched to a 7.66 ERA. The Mariners are taking a long look at Anthony Vasquez, who made his debut in late August. He seemed to be nervous over his first couple starts, but has settled down and pitched well in his last two as he allowed a total of 5 runs. The Rangers are just 4-8 in their last 12 on the road if giving +1.5 runs. That says the Mariners get this one on the runline.
