Texas goes for the sweep of the Padres after its 6-3 victory on Saturday as the Rangers scored five runs in the sixth inning after two were out and Joey Gallo belted his 37th homer of the year. San Diego has been a better road team than at home where it's 27-47, and the Rangers have won seven of the last eight meetings beginning in 2017. Mike Minor has been a bright spot in an otherwise disappointing season for Texas, which has won six of his last seven starts. Minor comes off a 5-2 win over the Angels when he allowed a run on six hits in six innings. Jacob Nix has had two good outings out of six starts for the Padres, and he's given up 11 runs on 12 hits his last two starts in 10 innings pitched.
