Texas at Oakland

Texas has six pitchers on the injured list but the Rangers have played rather well of late as they are 6-2 in their last eight including a hard-fought 6-5 win here last night. The bigger picture however shows the Rangers are still 17 games below .500 and a weak team. Weak teams have good stretches but they don't typically last very long and I think Oakland is ready to rebound off the loss. The A's have not played well over their last 10 games at 3-7, but most of those games were on the road. Oakland is 6-1 in their last seven at home and should be motivated off a loss vs. a bad Ranger team. Make the play on Oakland.
