Texas at Miami

The Miami Marlins are just just 21-37 on the season, but beneath the overall numbers there is a hidden gem. The Marlins have actually done respectfully well when they face a righthanded starter. The shocker is the Marlins are 19-19 when facing a righthanded pitcher on the season. They opened the series last night against a righthander and put up eight runs. The real eyeopener however is just how bad the Marlins have been when facing a lefthanded starter. They are 2-18 on the season vs. a lefty starter, and average 2.8 runs per game. There won't be a lot of runs to be had here for Miami. Texas has struggled on offense for quite some time, as the Rangers have scored four or fewer runs in 16 of their last 18 games. I see a low scoring game here, and will play this one on the UNDER.
