Texas is a long way from home and is playing the third game of a 10-game road trip. They look tired already, riding a four-game skid. That included a 21-8 loss at home to Seattle and the Rangers are 1-4 in their last five road games. Texas has one of their weaker arms going in Matt Harrison (4.41 ERA), who has a 4.36 ERA on the road. The Angels know him well, as he's 2-3 against LA with a 4.62 ERA. The Angels are finally living up to their potential on offense, winning 10 of 11 games. The speed of Mike Trout has really injected life into the LA attack on the base paths and defensively in the field. In addition, the Rangers' pitching staff has given up 30 unearned runs, tying San Francisco for the most in the majors - and 27 of them have come since May 1. The Angels go with Dan Haren (3.52 ERA), who is 2-1 with a 1.59 ERA his last three starts, walking one and striking out 26! And the Angels are 19-9 in their last 28 home games vs. a left-handed starter. Play the LA Angels.
