The Angels finally ended the Rangers’ 12-game winning streak last night with a huge come-from-behind win to steal one 9-8. That was an anomaly for Texas who of late had shutout five of their last nine opponents. They may be hard-pressed to do the same this afternoon vs. Jered Weaver who is pitching himself to a Cy Young award with his 12-4 mark and a stingy MLB-leading 1.90 ERA. Weaver started off strong and has gotten stronger, allowing just a grand total of 12 runs in his last 10 starts, or 1.2 per contest. Texas may be in the same spot, as they send C.J. Wilson to the mound who has not allowed more than 4 runs in any start all season long. That certainly puts a lot of value on the UNDER here. The Rangers are 11-4 to the UNDER in Wilson's last 15 road starts as a dog, and amazingly just 14 of Weaver's last 62 starts have made it over the total. Play the UNDER.
