Scott Feldman appeared to be a blossoming young pitcher back in 2009 when he posted a 17-8 mark for the Rangers, but the numbers were an omen of things yet to come. The 17 wins looked big, but his ERA was 4.08 which didn't match the win/loss column as one would expect. Feldman has since gone just 14-18 and with his 4.76 ERA on the season, he is the Rangers’ worst pitching option, and the Royals can produce some runs. Will Smith in his first big league season, and appears to be settling in as he has allowed a total of 4 runs in his last two starts. The Rangers are just 1-5 in their last six as road chalk of -110 to -150. When Feldman has faced a losing team, the Rangers are just 2-7 in his last nine. Play on Kansas City.
