Scott Feldman appeared to be a blossoming young pitcher back in 2009 when he posted a 17-8 mark for the Rangers, but the numbers were an omen of things yet to come. The 17 wins looked big, but his ERA was 4.08 which didn't match the win/loss column as one would expect. Feldman has since gone just 14-18 and with his 4.76 ERA on the season, he is the Rangers’ worst pitching option, and the Royals can produce some runs.
