Texas at Houston

The Texas Rangers made a lot of moves in the off-season to improve their pitching. They still have some holes to fill, but this team has pitched very well for the most part. The Ranger's last 12 games have seen their opponent score 3 or fewer runs in 8 of them and 2 or fewer runs in 7 of the 12. That is a huge improvement from what we have seen in recent years in Texas. We got a glimpse of Hunter Brown at the end of last season. He made 2 starts for Houston and opponents in those starts scored 4 total runs. He allowed 1 run to Minnesota in his last start this season, and this guy looks like he is the real deal. I look for a lot less runs than expected here and will make the play UNDER the total.
