Texas at Chicago

The Cubs had a promising 2-1 start to the season, but the same old problems have cropped up since and they are 2-8 over their last 10. Late innings, close losses, you name it, the Cubs always seem to be on the short end of things. Last night it was a defensive gem by the Rangers that preserved the win. Carlos Villanueva has pitched two great games, but the Cubs lost them both because the bullpen couldn't close the deal. Texas has dominated interleague play where they are 22-5 when facing a team with a losing record. The Cubs' 16-44 mark in their last 60 as a dog doesn't offer much hope here. Go with Texas.
