Corey Seager hit a two-run homer and made a key defensive play in the eighth inning last night, as the Rangers relied on five pitchers to take a 2-1 series lead. Texas lefty Andrew Heaney will start Game 4, and the Rangers hope to get at least three innings out of Heaney in what will undoubtedly be a bullpen game for both sides. Joe Mantiply will be on the mound for the Diamondbacks, and Mantiply has appeared in eight games this postseason but not for more than 1 1/3 innings in any of them. He has allowed three earned runs in 6 1/3 innings. Texas is 9-0 on the road in the postseason and can take a stranglehold with another road win tonight.
