Last year the Tampa Bay Rays surprised everyone by making it all the way to the world series. They have been good this season, but not nearly as good as a season ago. One thing that hasn't changed is they are a team that is very tough at home as the last two years sees them at 99-45 at home and this year on the road just 27-35. The Blue Jays have been a tough team at home for a longtime, compiling an above .500 record at home for five straight seasons. Scott Kazmir has battled injuries and is simply not the same pitcher we have seen in the past. It has translated to a 1-4 mark for the Rays in his last five outings as a home favorite. Not sure if home plate umpire has something against the Rays, but they are just 4-18 in his last 22 calling balls and strikes for the Rays. I like Toronto in this one.
