Tampa Bay at Toronto

The Tampa Bay Rays have been mired with injuries and are a small to middle-market team with a limited payroll, and has had to dig deep to piece together a rotation. The Rays are amazingly two games above .500 after losing their three most productive hitters from last year in Longoria, Sousa jr., and Dickinson. The Rays are pitching by committee, with bullpen starters going an inning or two, and it has been working. Toronto was shutout last night, and at 11 games under .500, there are a lot of new faces getting a look in hopes for building next year's roster. Toronto has a worn out staff and pen, and is 1-4 over their last five and have allowed 38 runs in the five games. Take Tampa Bay in this one.
