Everything seemed to be breaking right for the Tampa Bay Rays, as they were generating more offense than expected. The pitching was also superb, and the pen was chipping in as well. All that has changed as the Rays have limped to an 11-18 mark over their last 29 games, including 3-10 in their last 13. The bats have turned cold, and over the last two games the pitching has been poor as well, allowing a 6-spot in consecutive contests. Archer was solid for the most part, but could not make it out of the fourth inning in his last start. The Rays have found the win column in just two of their last 10 roadies, and Seattle has been solid of late when facing right-handed pitching, at 4-1 in their last five. It is hard to find anything good about Tampa right now, so play on Seattle.
