Tampa Bay has won two in a row and won its first series on the road since early June. Matt Moore has lost his last two games, but it was due to poor run support more than anything. Moore has allowed just six runs his last 13 1/3 innings against Boston and Baltimore. Oakland has lost seven of Sonny Gray's last nine starts and he has a 5.37 ERA at home. The Rays scored six runs on six hits in 5 2/3 innings against Gray this season. The right-hander is also 2-7 with a 6.39 ERA in night games this year. The Athletics have lost six of their last seven home games against lefty starters. The value is with the road underdog, so take the Rays.
