Tampa Bay over the years has done the best job of any franchise in developing players, especially starting pitchers. They are strapped with a small payroll but often find themselves in the thick of things at the end of the season. Tyler Glasnow is listed as the Opening Day starter and the Rays own a 22-9 record in his last 31 starts. He pretty much gives them a solid chance of winning every time he takes the hill. The Miami lineup isn't going to scare anyone and either is their opening day starter, Sandy Alcantara (3-2, 3.00 ERA).
