Houston beat the best team in the Majors yesterday. Doing it again is a long shot, especially with Jeff Nieman taking the mound for the Rays. Nieman is a perfect 3-0 in eight starts, posting a 2.54 ERA. It's going to be very tough for the Astros to manage runs here (as it was difficult last night). Houston averages only 3.0 per game. Tampa Bay bats were silent last night, but this team averages more runs on the road than at home (5.9 per game) so I don't expect a repeat of that. When facing a losing team this season, the Rays are 20-6. Niemann is a perfect 11-0 the past two seasons when facing a team that averages under one home run per game. Tampa Bay bounces back here.
