Collin McHugh will make his third start of the season after a quality start at Detroit on Saturday when he allowed just a run on four hits in six innings, with seven strikeouts. The Astros lost 3-0 Wednesday night, but they are 38-18 after a loss and 36-16 after scoring two or fewer runs their previous game dating to last season. Also, Houston has won nine of McHugh's last 11 starts and 28 of his 37 home starts. Tampa Bay has lost seven of Blake Snell's last eight starts and seven of its last nine overall against right-handed starters. Snell is 0-6 with a 4.87 ERA this year, and in one appearance against the Astros, he allowed three runs in five innings.
