Chris Archer has been in a year-long slump and Coors Field is not a good place to break out of it. Tampa Bay has lost his last seven starts and he now is 4-13 on the season and 3-6 with a 6.75 ERA on the road. Jorge De La Rosa has recovered from a slow start and has pitched five quality starts in a row, including an 11-2 win at Atlanta on Friday when he allowed just two runs and eight hits in six innings. Also, De La Rosa has been one of the best home pitchers in baseball the last few years with a 4-2 record this year at Coors Field and 23-5 from 2013-2015. He also has pitched well in day games this season with a 3-0 record and 1.93 ERA. The Rays are in last place in the AL East and 17-27 on the road.
