Tampa Bay at Cleveland

There is just two games between the Cleveland Indians and the Tampa Bay Rays as we have reached the quarter pole of the 2017 MLB season, and that is quite the surprise. Indians starter Carlos Carrasco has yet to see more than four runs scored by the opponent through his seven starts on the season. Surprisingly, the Tribe at 19-17 have the exact record they did a year ago at this time, but the offense has not been nearly as potent, scoring 4.22 runs a game after averaging 4.75 a year ago at this same point of the season. Chris Archer has plus-stuff and is off a game that saw their opponent produce one run, and Tampa Bay is swinging the bats much better this year, plating 3.92 runs a game last year at this time, now 4.47.
