Tampa Bay at Cleveland

The Rays payroll is so short of almost every contender but year after year they find themselves competitive. Here they are again at 59-39 just a game behind Boston in the AL East. The Rays offense has been clicking and has led the way to 4 straight wins including the first 2 in this series where they have plated 15 runs so far. The Indians have been up and down as they have straddled the .500 mark most of the year, but are trending poorly winning 1 of their last 5 games. The pitching has been the culprit allowing 32 runs in the 5 contests. Tampa doesn't give up much and is scoring big of late. I like Tampa Bay in this one.
