Tampa Bay at Boston

The 17-2 start by the Boston Red Sox was certainly unsustainable. After dropping a home game to open this series to suddenly overachieving Tampa Bay, who has now won seven straight, I think they will bring a bit more focus to this one. Former Rays hurler, David Price, has mastered the young Rays' lineup this season, having blanked them for 14 innings over two starts. Price has absolutely dominated the current Rays' lineup, as Carlos Gomez is 0-for-20, Rob Refsnyder 0-for-8, Matt Duffy 1-for-15 (.067), Denard Span 1-for-12 (.083), Brad Miller 5-for-30 (.167) and Adeiny Hechavarria 2-for-12 (.167). This could be a very long day for Tampa Bay. Making it even more difficult will be the 4PM start, producing a lot of shadows between the mound and home plate. Play on Boston.
