Tampa Bay at Baltimore

We get a GREAT line on this game thanks to Rodrigo Lopez. The Baltimore starter has really struggled this season posting a 2-7 record with a 7.16 ERA. But, he's better than that and he's moving in the right direction. In his last start against Seattle, he went 7.3 innings allowing just two hits and no earned runs. Now he faces a terrible road team in Tampa Bay. The D-Rays are 9-19 on the season away from home where they manage just 3.7 runs per game. And, they score just 3.2 per game on grass. Tampa Bay can't even beat bad teams on the road as they are 8-29 the last two seasons on the road vs. teams with losing records. Baltimore meanwhile, belts in 5.9 runs per game at home on .292 hitting. Tonight they get to pound away at Doug Waechter who has a 9.16 road ERA! Backing him up is a bad bullpen with a 5.29 ERA. So, we get a winning home team with a great offense against a bad starter and bad bullpen on a terrible road team. And, we only have to lay roughly 1.5 to 1. And, by the way, despite having a 23-28 overall record, Baltimore is 15-3 this season as a favorite of -110 or higher! O's big here.
