I have a lot of respect for Adam Wainwright, but I also have a lot of respect for the Jays’ offense vs. right-hand pitching. The Jays rank third in baseball in runs per game off righthanders at 5.2 per game, and I think they can score enough here at home to log the win. The Cards are not playing very well over the last few weeks at just 7-8 in their last 15, and as good as Wainwright has been, the Cards are now 0-6 in his last six road starts vs. a team with a winning record on the season. Jays have been very tough in this spot as they are 19-7 at home vs. a team with a losing road record in their last 26. Getting them as a dog here is a nice bonus, so I'll go with Toronto in this one.
