It certainly has been an ugly stretch for the Tampa Bay Rays who have a 1-14 record in their last 15 games, and now own the worst record in baseball. It seems unlikely that they will find their offense against one of the game's best hurlers in Adam Wainwright. The good news is that Wainwright is winless in his last two starts, and Tampa Bay has a pair of players with a lot of success against him. James Loney is 10-23 with a HR, and David DeJesus is 9-25 with a pair of HRs. The Cardinals have not worn the favorite tag very well as they are a dreadful 1-7 in their last eight games as a favorite from -110 to -150. Interleague play has not been their forte, as they are 4-9 in their last 13. The Rays have sizzled to an 8-2 mark in their last 10 interleague games vs. a right hander. Back the Rays.
