There have been a lot of low totals showing up in the NL this season, especially so when the Cardinals play. Garcia has allowed just seven runs in his eight starts, so the Cardinals better do a lot of scoring here to push this one over. That has yet to happen in any of Garcia's starts this season as the UNDER is a picture perfect 8-0. The Cards are also 35-15-1 to the UNDER in their last 51 games vs a winning team. The Padres are in familiar territory for an UNDER as they are 20-8 to the UNDER in their last 28 vs a winning team. This one stays UNDER the total.
