The Phillies are off a doubleheader sweep yesterday of Florida, and with everything in hand in the NL including home field advantage for as long as they survive in the playoffs, this is an easy spot to use a lot of rookie players and mail it in. The Cardinals own an impressive 40-34 road mark and have their best pitching option on the hill in Jaime Garcia, who is 12-7 on the season with a 3.68 ERA. The Phillies have yet to solve Garcia as they have faced him three times in his career and have produced just 2 runs in his 21 innings of work for a resounding 0.86 ERA. The Cards have also been at their best taking eight straight from NL East opponents. Take St. Louis in this one.
