He has allowed 31 hits and eight walks in 18 innings in the big leagues in 2019 -- all at home -- and the Phillies are 4-9 in his last 13 starts. The St. Louis offense is sixth in on-base percentage and has scored 33 runs the last seven contests. Cardinals veteran Adam Wainwright comes off a 10-3 rout of Kansas City and owns a 7-2 mark with a 2.90 ERA in 15 career games against Philadelphia.
