St. Louis at Milwaukee

Adam Wainwright has been a very effective starter in his short career as he has posted a 3.55 ERA. He has been most effective against the Brewers where he has a 1.88 career ERA. He is getting better with each outing in the major leagues, as he is out of the gate with a stellar 2.78 ERA. Carlos Villanueva is not off to a good start at all. He has been touched up for 23 hits in just 16 innings along with yielding seven walks and pitching to an inflated 6.19 ERA. The Cards have come out of the gate strong, and we look for them to get it done on the road tonight.
