Josh Johnson was pitching at a level he could not possibly maintain just as we saw with Ubaldo Jimenez of the Rockies. The numbers he put up are not sustainable and, over his last two starts, the correction has begun as Johnson has allowed eight runs after allowing just eight in his last 12 starts. So the market is favoring a large inflated number here on the Cards. The Cards have been 10-4 after posting a win and 9-2 after their opponent had allowed 5+ in the last game. The Marlins are not getting it done vs a team with a winning record where they have dropped their last five. This is a live dog here, and I'll back St. Louis.
