The Florida Marlins were gift wrapped in New York with errors paving the way to winners. The Marlins don't draw very well and often play in front of more fans on the road than they do at home, and it shows up in the won/loss column. The ledger shows 31-23 on the road, and a dismal 24-32 at home - the worst home record of any team .500 or better in either league. The Cardinals are getting the best season out of Kyle Lohse in his entire career, as his 3.33 ERA is a lifetime best. He has been on top of his game on the road at 6-3 for the season, backed by an even stronger 3.15 ERA. The Cards have played .500 baseball on the road, and Lohse has been a good pitcher for the Cards when opening a series where they are 17-8. The Marlins struggle against winning teams at just 8-17 including 3-13 in their last 16 at home. Take St. Louis for the money.
