The Houston Astros have lost 100 games for the second year in a row, and not many want anything to do with this team. The St. Louis Cardinals went on a tear last season that took them right through a World Series Championship, but things have not been as pretty down the stretch this season. Their lead for the No. 2 wildcard spot in the NL is down to 2.5 games. The Cardinals are just 11-14 over their last 25 games, and a hot Philly team came to Houston and dropped three out of four. The Astros have played much better of late, putting together an 8-8 run in their last 16 games. The Cards have had trouble lately on the road vs. left-handed pitching where they are 1-6 in their last seven, while the Astros are cashing in vs. right-handers at 5-1 in their last six. Play on Houston.
