St. Louis at Cincinnati

Matt Latos out-dueled Adam Wainwright yesterday as the Reds took a leg up on their crucial series vs. the Cardinals. St. Louis keeps wheeling out young prospects that are getting it done, one of which is tonight's starter Michael Wacha. Wacha is 2-0 and pitched four scoreless innings vs. the Reds in relief last week. Homer Bailey has been better than his 9-10 record, but he has had an elongated history of struggling vs. St. Louis. Bailey enters this contest with a dismal career mark of 4-9 vs. St. Louis and a chunky 5.13 ERA in 16 starts. The Cards have come up big when following a loss where they are 46-22 in their last 68 after a setback. THE Dog has the credentials to steal one here, so play on St. Louis.
