Chicago got clobbered again on Tuesday losing to the Cardinals 14-2, including a grand slam by Dexter Fowler, who is hitting .173. The only thing keeping the White Sox out of last place in the AL Central is the fact the Kansas City Royals are even worse. Chicago has lost six in a row and has allowed 39 runs its last four games. St. Louis has won seven of its last 10 road games and the Cardinals are 4-0 in Luke Weaver's last four road starts and 5-2 his last seven starts overall. The White Sox have lost 48 of their last 69 games versus right-handed starters dating to last season and they have lost 43 of their last 56 against teams with winning records. Chicago has lost five of Carlos Rodon's six starts this season and Weaver comes off his best pitched game in several weeks allowing two runs on two hits in eight innings at San Francisco.
