St. Louis at Arizona

The St. Louis Cardinals keep moving along, and recorded their 81st win of the season last night in the desert to become the first team in MLB to reach the milestone. Tonight they turn to Carlos Martinez. Martinez seems to be hitting the wall as his last five starts have yielded a 4.91 ERA, just about double his mark prior to that. That opens the door for an Arizona team that has some solid hitters that have for the most part been shut down in this series. Rubby De La Rosa has found the groove and has 11 wins on the season for the D-Backs, and has turned in three straight quality starts. De La Rosa has been nearly invincible at home this season where he is 7-1. Overall, the snakes are 6-1 in De La Rosa's last seven starts, and he has been getting better as the season moves along, unlike Martinez. Back Arizona.
