Seattle at Texas

There is a lot undecided in the AL playoff picture, and the AL West is going to go down to the final game as three teams are all tied in the loss column. This is obviously a huge series in Texas as the Mariners open a series here. Texas has recovered from a  four game-losing streak by taking two straight vs. Boston. The Mariners are just 1-5 this season vs. Texas, but those games were when Texas was playing well and leading the division. The last meeting was way back in early June. Seattle is 46-26 since July 1st, and of the 26 losses 10 of them were by a single run. That means the Mariners have just 16 games of the 72 where they would have lost to a +1.5 run line since July 1st. The Rangers since July 1st are 26-26, so there is a lot of hidden value. I like Seattle on the runline.
