Seattle at Texas

The Seattle Mariners' playoff hopes are hanging by a thread. They are two games behind the Minnesota Twins for the final AL wild card. They will send Emerson Hancock to the mound tonight vs. the Texas Rangers on the road. Opponents have scored 30 total riuns in his last eight starts, or fewer than four per contest. The Rangers won't be repeating their World Series win from a year ago as they are far short of making the playoffs, at 73-81. Max Scherzer always gives them a chance, but the Ranger bats have been disappointing all season and have been shutout in three of their last 10 games. I look for a low scoring game tonight in Texas, and will make the play on the UNDER.
