Seattle at Texas

The Texas Rangers only managed a split in a four-game series in Seattle, and split a pair of games on the road vs. the Cubs. They return with question marks in the lineup depth without Josh Hamilton, and the offense has been up and down to start the season. The Mariners have to be feeling it after shutting out the hot-hitting Tigers, and pushing across a pair of runs to beat Justin Verlander. Yu Darvish has been somewhat pedestrian after flirting with a perfect game in his 2013 debut, and overall the Rangers are just 2-5 in his last seven starts vs. a team that scored 2 or less in their last game. I think that the odds here are longer than what they should be, so play on Seattle.
