The Tampa Bay Rays are a mess and now own the worst record in baseball. The Rays are just 1-11 over their last 12 games, and have scored three runs or less in 33 games already this season. It won't get any easier today against one of the best in Felix Hernandez. Hernandez has gotten the win in five straight starts and is now 8-1 on the season with a 2.58 ERA. His work against the Rays has been rock solid over his career where he is 5-2 with a 2.28 ERA. Chris Archer has become the ace of the Ray's staff so far this season. His best work has come in his last four starts. Archer has allowed just three runs in those last four starts covering 24.1 innings. This appears to be the ultimate pitcher's duel with a pair of lackluster offenses and hot pitchers. The Rays have been 8-1 to the UNDER in Archers last nine starts as an under dog. Make the play on the UNDER.
