Seattle has Erasmo Ramirez on the hill, and he's been very sharp, an under the radar pitcher with a 5-1 record who doesn't walk many. His last three starts: 2.50 ERA, and the Cardinals have never seen him before. Ramirez tossed six shutout innings Sunday against the Rays. The Mariners are 7-3 in their last 10 Sunday get-away day games and 6-2 in their last eight road games against a right-handed starter. St. Louis has lost two of three and is in a tough situational spot, embarking on a 7-game road trip starting tomorrow. Starter Shelby Miller has been erratic of late, with a 4.32 ERA his last three starts walking nine in 16+ innings. The Mariners are 4-1 in Ramirez's last five road starts, so grab the road dog. Play the Mariners.
