The Seattle Mariners have shockingly taken the first two games of this series against Oakland. They have gotten a couple of very strong starts from a suspect rotation and their anemic offense has scored just enough to win. The Mariners have one of the worst all-time offenses in MLB history and have scored four runs or fewer in nine straight games. A team that is at the bottom of the league in offense and close to the bottom in pitching is going to be up against the wall in this one vs the division-leading A's.
